Play, mix, compose, edit, assemble and disassemble… and discover, and get surprised by the result. In short, play and experiment, which is not the same but looks pretty much like it. The educational value of experimentation in the learning process is undeniable. But awakening engagement and interest in Science among students requires dedication as well as inspiration.
We would like to contribute to this dedication and inspiration by sharing our selection of the best Youtube Channels about scientific experiments, those which have the coolest, funniest, simplest and most stunning experiments.
Many of them are an amusing way of enlighten our children and students on some concept. Some others are very funny and suitable to be performed at home or in the classroom. The latter are are the ones we like most, and are very much in line with the experiments and activities that we include in some of Elesapiens’ teaching units.
We invite you to check it and experiment with your students with a free access (for a limited time) to one experiment and a game: “Dairy Glue” (in “Chemistry and You“), “Build Your Water Cycle” (en The Magic of Water) y “On Board The Beagle” (en “Darwin’s Adventure“).
We hope that our proposals will help awaken the scientist we all have within us.
